Innovation leader with over 25 years of experience.
Prior to founding The Stories & Wisdom Company, Pradeep was the Global Senior Director for Inclusive Innovations at Microsoft and was inducted into the Microsoft Wall of Fame in 2022.
Pradeep has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with majors in Organizational Behavior & Marketing, and a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Sridhar Ramachandran
Co-Founder CTO
Serial tech-entrepreneur with over 25 years of high technology experience.

He laid the foundation for the first wave of IoT technologies as the cofounder of OAT Systems (acquired by Checkpoint Systems). Prior to OATSystems, Sridhar co-founded Auripay, a secure e-payment technology company acquired by RSA, now a division of EMC.

Sridhar holds a Masters in Computer Science from MIT, Boston and a Bachelors in Computer Science from IIT Madras, India.

BUILDING WORLDCLASS ALGORITHMS
Middle school classmates Pradeep & Sridhar meet in Chennai, India to collaborate on various software projects, representing the school, state and India on numerous national and international software olympiads.

Ironically, their successful collaborations separated them. Sridhar went to study Computer Science at IIT (Madras) & MIT (Boston), while Pradeep did Engineering & Business at NTU (Singapore) & Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh).
